How to Turn off iCloud Settings

In some cases, Apple's iCloud feature may interfere with certain functionality in the MeazureUp Application. While we are working towards a permanent fix, we strongly recommend turning off 'iCloud Photo Library' to ensure that any images taken during the assessment are visible from the WebApp dashboard.

How to turn off your iCloud Photo Library:

1) Navigate to your Settings folder on your device:

2) Scroll down to 'Photos':

3) Ensure that the following are all disabled:

Please note: Any pictures taken on the device (while iCloud settings were enabled) will be permanently deleted once iCloud Photo Library has been turned off. We recommend backing up all photos before disabling iCloud.
