How to Solve the 'Cannot Display Image' Error

Have you recently purchased a new Apple device and noticed that some images show an error message that reads "Cannot Display Image" from the dashboard? Our developers are hard at work and should have a permanent fix released in our next update, however we are providing steps to resolve the issue for the time being.

Please note: This issue only affects iOS devices with the new HEIC image format (iPhone 7,8,X) when an image is attached on a given task. Images taken directly inside the MeazureUp App will display correctly on the dashboard.

1) In device Settings navigate here: [Settings]=>[Camera]=>[Formats]

2) Then choose [Most Compatible]
