How to Access Canned Comments
Depending on the setup of your organization, your account administrator may have programmed predefined comments (otherwise known as canned comments) for your task list.
To access canned comments, first make a comment as you normally would, then click the icon as seen below:
Next, select a comment from the available options, then click Apply to save your comment:
Note: If you do not see the canned comment icon (pictured above) then this means there are no available predefined comments for your assessment list. Please contact your account administrator for more information.
