How to find your app version

In some cases, we may require you to send us your mobile app version in order to assist with troubleshooting.

To find your version number, simply head to the login screen (or log-out if your session is active), and click the information "i" icon. 

The icon is located at the bottom left of the screen, and once clicked you will see the version number appear at the top.
