Repeat Offences (Failed Frequency)

You may have noticed a small 'bell' icon on some tasks while conducting an assessment. Why does this bell exist and what does it mean? Simply put, the bell indicates the failed frequency on any task which fails consecutively. This allows auditors to reference past results (for the store being inspected), and identify areas of improvement before they become a greater issue.

Clicking on the bell icon allows you to view the previous failing values for this task (Ex: Yes/No, 154F etc.) as well as images or comments associated with the past failures.

Please note: The failed frequency bell first appears when a task fails for the second consecutive time. This is an automatic setting that does not need to be turned on as it applies to every task on all assessments.
