How to Add Info to a Task (Description)
For certain questions, additional information may be added from the configurator to better explain the requirements of the task. Info tasks can be identified on the inspection by a small green dot located on the task.
1) When creating a new task, locate the 'Description' button:
2) Add the Info/Description using the Rich Editor. Feel free use headers, lists, and bold/italicize features.
3) Additionally, you can now add images to the info/description by clicking 'Add Image'. This can be particularly helpful when assessing product quality or presentation on various items. (Ex: Chicken Cacciatore plated presentation).
4) When you are finished adding the description, click 'Back', then click Ok to save the task. The task will then be marked with a green indicator on your tablet/mobile device. This lets the auditor know that the task has more information that can be accessed by swiping left and clicking 'info'.
