How to Add Info to a Task (Description)

For certain questions, additional information may be added from the configurator to better explain the requirements of the task. Info tasks can be identified on the inspection by a small green dot located on the task.

 1) When creating a new task, locate the 'Description' button

2) Add the Info/Description in the Text box. Feel free to add special characters. When you are finished adding the description, click 'Back'.

3) Click Ok to save the task. The task will now have a green indicator on your tablet/mobile device.

Not seeing the changes/updates on your device? Try either cancelling the current assessment, or log out and try again to refresh the assessment.
