How to Troubleshoot Single Sign On

With the launch of SSO (Single Sign On), we are providing technical resources in order to quickly troubleshoot any issues encountered when signing in for the first time. The majority of users will be unaffected, however in some unique cases you may experience an issue due to a firewall block or device settings.

Problem - The Sign in page disappears after clicking the Login button.
Solution - Check that your ‘Date and Time’ settings is set to automatic.
  • Android :
Step 1: Settings >> System>> Date and Time >>
Step 2: Set the ‘Set time automatically’ toggle ON (green)
  • iOS :
Step 1: Settings >> General >> Date & Time
Step 2: Set the ‘Set Automatically’ toggle ON (green)
Problem - After entering username and password, the app is not redirected to the appropriate page.
Solution - Check the cookies settings for the browser in your device.
GOOGLE CHROME
Step 1: Launch Chrome and click the three vertical-dot menu icon in the top right had corner.
Step 2: Click the settings menu and scroll down to the bottom, Click “Advanced.”
Step 3: Under “Privacy and security”, click “Site Settings”.
Step 4: Click “Cookies”. Then if unticked (gray/white), click “Allow sites to save and read cookie data”, to enable cookies.
Step 5: Clear the browser cache and reopen the browser.
SAFARI for iOS (iPhone and iPad)
Step 1: Go to Settings, then scroll down and select “Safari”.
Step 2: Scroll down to “Privacy & Security”.
Step 3: Verify “Block All Cookies” is ticked (green/white), click to allow cookies.
Step 4: Clear the browser cache and reopen the browser.
EDGE
Step 1: Click on the three-dotted menu icon in the top right hand corner.
Step 2: Click “Settings” at the bottom of the list.
Step 3: Scroll down a little and click the “View Advanced Settings” button.
Step 4: Scroll down to “Cookies” and in the dropdown menu select “Don’t block cookies”.
Step 5: Clear the browser cache and reopen browser.Additional Note :

Additional Details:
1- Make sure the  webapp.meazureup.com and dailychex.meazureup.com on mobile web are logged out before updating the Apps to SSO if user has two different accounts for DailyChex and Audit App.
2- Make sure to allow the browser to access webapp.meazureup.com and dailychex.meazureup.com if the user is using a firewall.
