How to Conduct Audits with Multiple Users
With our latest release, two users (or more) can now conduct a single inspection. In the past, audits could only be conducted by a single user/device, as the data was stored locally. Now, we've allowed for multiple users to conduct a single inspection, so that teams can split duties and cover their assigned physical areas of the location, promoting a more efficient process.
In the example below, we'll show you how 2 auditors can work on the same audit, each taking their own dedicated categories:
1) Auditor 1 will start the audit and conduct their categories (Ex: Customer Service)
2) Once the desired categories are complete from Auditor 1, they will then click the merge button located at the top right hand corner, which will allow them to upload their part to the cloud
3) Enter your name in the field above, and click on the upload icon.
4) The categories are now uploaded to the cloud and Auditor 2 will have the ability to access and download the performed by Auditor 1, which will merge the data on to their device. Auditor 2 can click the merge button, and hit 'Download the Assessments'
5) Auditor 2 will now click on the desired categories to be downloaded to their device, which will successfully merge the data into one assessment, and allow for Auditor 2 to submit the final version to the cloud

Please note: Only 1 version of the audit should be submitted, so be sure to communicate who will be responsible for uploading, downloading and submitting.
