Navigating the Completion Dashboard

Our Audit App is built as a consistency tool, and this new feature will help our clients view the submission data for all locations in one place! We have even gone further and provided you with the option to view the submission data from a user and assessment perspective as well. Follow along to learn and benefit from our new completion dashboard.

Getting Started

To start, select the desired date range. You will see the option to either select one of the pre-set date options, or click the drop-down menu to select a specific month range (Note: the month ranges will be according to the current quarter).

Location Completion

This tab will provide the submission data for assessments submitted on all locations for the selected data range. You will see the option to expand each location and view the submission data for that particular location. This will include the assessment submitted, date of submission, as well as the user and score information.

User Completion

This tab will provide the submission data for individual users. You will see the option to expand each user and view the submission data for them. This will include the location, date of submission, as well as the assessment and score information.

Assessment Completion

This tab will provide the submission data for Assessments. You will see the option to expand each assessment and view the submission data for it. This will include the location, date of submission, as well as the user and score information.

Additional options and functionalities

• Planned section

You will notice when selecting the User or Assessment completion tabs that a “Planned” section will be displayed. The data on this section is collected from the “Assessment Schedule” setup, which is located under the Configuration menu for superusers. Click here to learn more.

The purpose of this section is to provide you with the progress and completion percentages of the arranged schedule for these users or assessments.
