How to verify your account - Store user
The following steps are in reference to verifying your new Audit account using a computer. If you don't have a verification email, or are looking to have a new Audit account created for your store, please contact your company's system administrator for assistance
1) After your administrator adds you as a user, an email will arrive with the subject: Verify your email address
2) Open the email and follow the steps in the gif below:
I never received a verification email:
First, you can follow up with your internal account administrator to ensure your user email address has been added.
Please check your spam and junk folders, as it's possible your mail server may have filtered the email from your inbox. If you have the option to do so, mark the email/sender as 'safe' or 'not spam'. This will ensure all future email reports do not end up in a junk folder. Alternatively, your IT team can whitelist the our sending domain address to avoid lost emails.
Nothing happens when I click 'confirm email':
If this is the case, it's possible that some security measures have been put in place by your organization. Not to worry, you can still achieve the same result by copying/pasting the full url which can be found just beneath the 'confirm email' button.
