Welcome to the Actions Dashboard, your hub for managing and tracking all follow-up items assigned to stores. This feature offers a user-friendly and efficient method to access and oversee all actions related to your assessments, allowing you to gather valuable insights and get ready for your upcoming evaluation.

Get Started

To kick things off, let's dive into the Actions Dashboard. You'll find this tab in the left-hand menu. It's your window to a comprehensive view of all the actions linked to your assessments.

Adjusting Your Time Frame

Need to refine your perspective on actions? You're in control. At the top, you'll spot the time frame adjustment option. Select from choices like a calendar view, 'This Month,' or 'Last 30 Days' to align the actions with your desired timeframe.

Filter Options

To focus on specific aspects, explore the filter options on the right-hand side. Customize your view by selecting the action status you want to review, assessments, brands, markets, and location types. It's all about tailoring your view to your exact needs.

Grouping Options

Another handy feature at your disposal is the 'Group By' function. It's a versatile tool that allows you to organize actions by various criteria, such as Locations, Standards, Created By, Assigned To, or None. This assists you in the ability to categorize and analyze your actions with ease.

Using 'Standards,' you can focus on open actions by standard and adjust your assessment scoring and task weights to emphasize improvement areas more accurately.

Reviewing the Location Action Detail

Once you've made your selections and fine-tuned your view, you can click on an action to expand it and get a closer look. This is your opportunity to access more in-depth information about each action.

If you're exploring specific locations and want a deeper dive into their actions, simply click on each action for a detailed examination.
