The Content Repository Overview

Interested in hosting content for your organization within our MeazureUp? You're in luck! This guide will navigate you through leveraging and customizing the content repository feature to efficiently organize and manage all of your desired digital assets.

Please note: Currently the ‘Content Repository’ feature is only available on the AuditApp WebApp. This feature will soon be introduced to the mobile applications as well as DailyChex!

Step 1: Click on ‘Content Repository’

After logging in to your account, proceed to the final tab situated on the left-hand side. This will direct you to the 'Content Repository' tab. Here, users can create folders and assign location-based access. Additionally, a search and filter functionality based on brand, location type, and market is included for user convenience.

Step 2: Access Customization Options

In the next step, select 'Create Folder' to prompt entry of details including folder name and as well as selecting locations for sharing. Upon completing all necessary fields and selections, click 'Save' positioned at the bottom right corner. Superusers (admin) will have comprehensive folder controls, including the ability to create, delete, copy links for sharing, and update folder names and locations.

Step 3: Creating the Folder

Once the folder is created, you will be able to click on it to open. On the far right when you are hovered over the folder, you will see three options: 'hyperlink', 'delete', and 'edit'. Superusers can conveniently manage their folders and files with ease. Files and folders can be shared amongst the entire organization, or even specific groups across the organization.

Step 4: Uploading Your Documents

After clicking into your folder, you will have the ability to now drag and drop any necessary files into this folder or you can click ‘Browse Files’ to help you navigate to your files. Effortless file management is facilitated, with support for multiple file formats, including images, videos, spreadsheets, text, CSV, documents, and PDF files. Superusers can upload multiple files up to 1GB in a single upload!

Step 5: Accessing Files in Content Repository

Once you have uploaded your files, you will have the ability to access the document by clicking on it, or accessing the hyperlink of the file for sending to other team members, delete the file, edit the file name, or even download the item that has been placed in the following folder. Additionally, superusers can perform file operations such as download, rename, delete, and copy file links with ease. User permissions are enforced, ensuring non-super users are restricted from certain actions and providing universal search functionality for convenient file and folder retrieval across the entire content repository.
