Action Creation on a Submitted Audit

Are you aware that you can generate an action for an audit that has already been submitted? You now have the exciting chance to create an action on a submitted audit, ensuring they reach the appropriate roles. Let's start moving forward!


Step 1: Accessing the 'Locations Report’' Tab

To begin, log into your account and navigate to the ‘Locations Report’ tab located on the left-hand side. Within this tab, you will be able to select the audit you desire to create an action on. After selecting the desired audit, scroll down to the bottom of the screen and click on the three dots positioned at the far right of the standard for which you intend to create an action.


Step 2: Creating the Action 

Begin the setup process by filling in all mandatory fields, including specifying the user in the 'assigned to' field. Ensure to input the complete email address in this field. After completing all required fields, click on 'Create'. This action will prompt an email notification to be sent to the assigned user informing them of their new task.

Please note: Ensure that the designated role chosen is also incorporated into the assessment notification setup.
