Closing Actions on a Mobile Device

Ready to wrap things up on the go? This guide shows you how to easily close out actions right from your mobile device. No need to switch between multiple apps—manage both Corporate Actions and Daily Tasks seamlessly in one place, all through the DailyChex mobile app. If you’re not a DailyChex customer yet, no worries! The app is free to download and you can use your existing login credentials. This feature helps drive adoption and engagement with Store users and Franchisees, ensuring brand standards are optimized.


Step 1: Log out of the DailyChex App and log back in

This step is required to activate the new feature.


Step 2: Accessing the Actions Menu

Once logged in to the application (DailyChex), you’ll see the 'Actions' button at the bottom of the screen. This centralized menu allows you to manage all your actions in one place.

Step 2: Managing Actions on Assessments

When it comes to assessments, you can handle actions from the past 30 or 60 days. This also includes due dates in the future, as well as the past. You can close actions, add images if required, search by action name, and filter by status—whether open, overdue, or closed. Additionally, you can sort actions by criticality and due date, optimizing your workflow and ensuring comprehensive management.


Step 3: Accessing Detailed Action Information

Here, you’ll learn how to view all the details related to an action, including associated images. You can also view and add comments for better tracking and communication, as well as upload any photo evidence when required. This feature enhances your ability to manage actions effectively and keep all relevant information centralized.
