How to Verify your Account

In order to verify your account, simply log into the application using the temporary password provided. After logging in for the first time, feel free to  change your password.

1. Open the email you received titled "Welcome to MeazureUp". There you will find a link to verify your account. Please click on the link to be taken to the verification page. Please note: This is a one time step to verify that you are in fact human and it must be performed from a web browser, not the MeazureUp tablet app. 

2. Enter your LoginID (your email address) and your temporary password. Then click Login. For the best possible experience please use the Google Chrome browser.

3. Change your password - You will be taken to the Online Dashboard where you can change your password by clicking on your email in the top right corner. Having trouble? Click here.

Common issues:

I never received a verification email:

Please check your spam and junk folders, as it's possible your mail server may have filtered the email from your inbox. If you have the option to do so, mark the email/sender as 'safe' or 'not spam'. This will ensure all future email reports do not end up in a junk folder. Alternatively, your IT team can whitelist the help@meazureup.com address to avoid lost emails. 

It says 'incorrect password' when I enter my verification code:

There are a few reasons why this would occur.

a) The verification code was entered incorrectly. (please double check and try copying and pasting to avoid typos)

b) The browser is not supported. Supported browsers include: Chrome, Firefox, and Safari.
