How to Access a Location's Assessment Report
Ready to dive into accessing a location's assessment report? Let us guide you through the process and show you how easy it can be!
Step 1: Access the 'Location Report' Tab
Upon logging in, you'll notice a tab labeled "Location Reports"—this is your gateway to all location-specific assessments! In this section, you'll find a comprehensive list of reports connected to each location. To get started, simply click on the desired report (for example, 'Weekly Assessment ONE' as shown in the screenshot below) and then select the 'audit' button located under the Locations tab on the left.
Disclaimer: to keep things organized and prevent clutter, only the 4 most recent reports are displayed, making it easier for you to focus on what’s most relevant.
Step 2: Viewing the Location Report
Once you're inside the location report, here's what you'll find:
- Categories and sections within the assessment, along with their corresponding scores.
- Historical reports from previous years, allowing you to compare past assessments.
- Additional assessments that may have been submitted at this location.
- Standard Actions: This section lets you close any open actions or create new ones. Click here for more information on how to close out actions!
- Standards: View the full list of standards, with the option to add comments or actions. You can filter these down to Critical Standards or Standards Not Met for a more focused view.
To add a comment or action, simply click on the three dots located at the far right side of the task in the Standards section.
With these simple steps, you'll be able to dive deeper into each location's report, ensuring that all standards are being met and keeping you ahead of the game!
