Viewing Comments and Images

At the top of every assessment you will see two headings, "Action" and "Comments" (circled in blue). 

Beside comments, you can also see the Total Audit Score and whether or not the audit passed/failed the assessment.

Comments

• This section represents the various comments inputted during the assessment session. 

• In the example above, you can see that the number '1' under the Comments heading is coloured Blue. This number represents the total amount of comments/images in a particular Category. Clicking this number allows you to view all of the comments in the 'Customer Service' Category. 

• A new window will appear with the comments/images. In this example, there is an image of a garbage can that was documented during the assessment. You will also notice the section and task names are listed for every comment to provide you with a point of reference.
