In this section, you will see the different Categories that appear on the assessment.
Depending on the assessment scores (bar graphs) which you select, the Category scores will update accordingly. You also have the ability to select/deselect Categories, which will affect the data shown in the 'failed tasks' section. Example: If you are trying to find out the biggest issue within 'Customer Service', simply click on all of the other Categories to deselect them and this will isolate the desired Category.
This gives you the ability to view common issues within specific Categories, or as a whole.
