Marking a Task as N/A (Not Applicable)

When conducting an assessment inside one the various categories for a location, you may find that a question is not relevant for that location.

Here are the steps required to make certain criteria N/A.

Step 1: In each task above, you’re given Yes or No options, however this question does not apply to the store location. Simply swipe left on the question and you will see four options appear.

Step 2: Click the "N/A" button, making this question void ultimately not counting toward the overall section score.
