How to Allow Permissions on Your Device
If your device permissions are not enabled, you may experience a less than desirable experience when using the mobile application. For example, if your device permissions are not allowing photos to be stored to your local storage, the assessment images may not make it to the cloud when submitting.
How to Allow Permissions (iOS):
1) Navigate to your Settings folder on your device:
2) Locate the MeazureUp settings by scrolling down:
3) Then, verify that your settings match the image below:
More specifically, please ensure your device reads as follows:
- Location: While Using
- Photos: Read and Write
- Microphone, Camera and Cellular Data: All Enabled
