Viewing Task Info

For certain questions, additional information may be present to better explain the requirements of the task. Info tasks can be identified by a small green dot located on the task. The info tab also supports images which can be added from the backend by an account administrator. Click here to learn how to configure task info.

Below are the steps to view task info on a mobile device:

1) Locate a task with a green dot (info) and swipe left on the task.

2) Swipe from right to left, then click 'Info' to view the description.

Note: In order to add additional information to a task, you must have the role of a superuser. If you aren't sure how to add info/descriptions to tasks, please refer to the superuser config guides.
